About the author
From apprentice sparky to Business Coach of the Year
Paul Rogers started as an apprentice electrician at 16 and went on to a 25+ year career in business management before following his passion for coaching. Inspired by his late mentor, he founded Tradie Coach to give tradie business owners the education, mentoring and accountability he never had.
Today Tradie Coach runs a team of specialist coaches working with trade businesses across Australia.

Common questions
What does "get off the tools" mean?
It means stepping back from doing the hands-on trade work yourself so you can run the business. Your team does the work to your standard, systems handle the admin, and you spend your time leading, planning and growing. You can still pick up the tools when you want to. The difference is the business no longer depends on you doing it.
Do I need to read the book before the program?
No, but it helps. The book lays out the framework the program is built on, so you'll get more out of your first sessions if you've read it.
What happens on the discovery call?
It's a free 45-minute, 1:1 conversation about your business: where it is now, what's getting in the way, and what you want it to look like. If the program is a fit, we'll explain how it works. If it isn't, you'll still leave with a clearer picture of your next step.
How is the coaching delivered?
Online, so it works wherever you are in Australia. Sessions are with your Lead Coach or a specialist coach, and your recordings, notes and actions are kept in the Coaching Hub inside Tradie Blueprint OS.
What trades do you work with?
